Meet Travis Hecht

Managing Broker/REALTORĀ®

I assist sellers and buyers with real estate in Manhattan, Riley County, Pottawatomie County, Geary County, and surrounding areas. I specialize in relocation, buying and selling homes, townhomes, land, and commercial real estate. Our company has the largest market share in the Manhattan area. In 2018, I became a Coldwell Banker Real Estate Advisors, right here in Manhattan, KS. I have been in the Real Estate, Finance, and Management industry since 2000 and a licensed REALTOR since 2006. I am also a graduate of Kansas State University with dual degrees in Business and Economics. My vast experience makes the buying and selling process a smooth one. Along with spending time with my wife and children, I enjoy many activities, including basketball, football, fishing, sport shooting, and golf. I am actively involved at the University Christian Church and a member of several civic organizations. Additionally, I currently serve as a board member for the Wamego Booster Club and Wamego Youth Basketball Association. So, if you are moving to Wamego, Manhattan, Fort Riley, Junction City, KS, or any nearby area and need a professional REALTOR who can explain banking and real estate in the language you can understand, then give me a call today!

What Others Are Saying

"Our project was to sell the rural home (close to Rocky Ford) that we grew up in and the surrounding 12.3 acres. Just FYI: finding comps for a special circumstance is not an easy thing. The additional complication is that both sellers live away from the Manhattan area. All that said, Travis told us where he thought it would sell in the crazy market conditions of the times. Due to the comps things, we experienced a difficult time establishing a loan value plus some other (not insignificant) challenges such as survey and access. Travis hung in and guided us through it all. Also, the house was empty all while it was listed. Travis seemed to treat it like his own property. There was never a time that he did not go above and beyond expectations to keep an eye on the house and its security. We at CRH Tallgrass LLC are giving our highest recommendation to Mr. Travis Hecht!"

"Travis was simply amazing and did everything as we would have hoped and expected that things should have gone. He was exceedingly organized and kept us informed and followed up throughout the process of selling this property. My frustration was what lead me to reach out and that led to your call and this point we are at today. Ecstatic, is probably too mild of description."

- Michael Schubert

"We used Travis for the purchase of our first time home six years ago. This year, when it was time to relocate and sell, we didn't hesitate on who we would use to sell our house. Professional, honest, and dedicated. He works tirelessly to find your next home or sell your current one. He always goes the extra mile to exceed your expectations. Highly recommend."

- Norman Webster

"Travis Hecht, a Realtor our Military and Civilians can TRUST."

"Travis Hecht was our Realtor when we purchased our home and we called Travis when we were ready to sell it, and that should speak volumes! I’d highly recommend Travis to military and civilians looking for a knowledgeable, experienced, and trusted Realtor in the Fort Riley and Manhattan area. Travis knows Real Estate and he’s a member of the community, so he can make recommendations, advise, and be trusted to help you find solutions to your Real Estate needs during and after your sale or purchase. He’s not someone looking for a quick sale, never to be seen or heard from again after the closing. Travis will keep you informed throughout the process and is a Realtor I would recommend to all of my military and civilian friends."

- Tim Deme

"Travis was very quick to respond to questions and always answered them to the best of his ability! My husband and I felt that Travis was easy to talk to, honest, and positive at all times! If we ever needed a realtor again, we would choose Travis all over again!"
